Who We Are

Every person is born with God-given gifts, talents, and dreams. OneLife comes alongside each family and demonstrates God’s love through tangible ways.

OneLife Global Ministries exists to provide opportunity in San Nicolás, Honduras through community and personal development. By partnering with families, local businesses and church organizations, we strive to create the necessary environment for human flourishing.

We want to demonstrate the love of Jesus by providing spiritual and emotional support as well as the tools, resources, and training needed to help them lift themselves out of poverty.

We are committed to serving children, youth, and families by improving the quality of life in these four specific areas: Education, Community, Shelter and Spiritual Growth.

For every individual to have the necessary tools, resources and opportunities to achieve his/her dreams creating a community of human flourishing.

Education.

We believe education is fundamental to breaking the cycle of systematic poverty.

We’ve partnered with the IHER program, a curriculum from the department of education of Honduras, to provide a way for students to be integrated back into the school system after falling behind due to child labor, economic hardship, and broken homes. We also make available the necessary courses to students to graduate high school and provide opportunities beyond high school. On average, 65 children and young adults are enrolled every year

Community.

Environments matter.  By relieving the tensions of ensuring basic needs are met, people can move beyond barely surviving and accomplish greater things in life.

We partner with the local community to provide the necessary basic needs for a healthy physical environment such as clean drinking water, electricity, and plumbing.

Las Casas.

Homes are sacred and essential to the well-being of families.

We partner with families to provide home construction and/or home repairs. From new concrete floors in the humble homes that reduce long exposures to dust and dirt that bring respiratory infections thus improving the health conditions of children and adults, to new roofs providing shelter from the rain, these tangible acts of love bring life-changing results.

Spiritual Growth

This is the foundation of all we do. As we work fervently to improve the lives of those who suffer, may they come to know Jesus loves them and develop a personal relationship with Him.
